Términos de Servicio
Última actualización: 06 de julio de 2026
- Contabilidad Avanzada e Impuestos: Contadores públicos y asesores financieros independientes.
- Traducción y Notarización: Traductores certificados (español a inglés) bajo estándares gubernamentales y Servicios Notariales (Notary Public).
7. Exenciones Críticas de Responsabilidad Jurídica
7.1 Servicio "Tal Cual" (As-Is)
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
1. Introduction and Corporate Information
Welcome to our Mobile Application (available on Android and iOS) and our official Web Services, collectively referred to in this document as the "Service." This Service is operated, administered, and exclusively owned by GM Migration, which operates as an official commercial brand under our parent company and principal legal entity, Great Power Services LLC, incorporated in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States (collectively referred to in this agreement as "the Group," "we," "our," or the "Company").
By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using our Service in any way, you (hereinafter, the "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms or any section of this document, you must immediately refrain from using the Service and uninstall the application from your devices.
Minimum age: The Service is not directed at children under 13. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have the express authorization of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the User represents that they meet this requirement.
2. Description, Limitations, and Synchronization of the Service
Our platform offers an advanced technological ecosystem designed to centralize, monitor, and organize the essential tools that a foreign national needs when navigating administrative, business, tax, travel, settlement, or immigration processes active within or toward the United States of America. As an information hub, the Service collects, organizes, and reproduces publicly available data obtained from official U.S. government channels, including, without limitation:
- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
- U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
- Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
2.1 Automated Background Updates and Push Notifications
The Service is programmed to run mass, automated background checks against official sources every 48 business hours. If, during these checks, the system detects a significant change in the status of a User's case or profile and the User has not opened the application since the last check, the platform will generate a push notification to alert them of the possible update.
2.2 Instant Real-Time Lookup (Manual)
Additionally, the User has the ability to perform instant, real-time lookups. Every time the User opens the mobile application and actively checks their case or profile, the platform executes a direct, live request to the official government servers at that exact moment.
Specific use of the Case Status API: To run a case-status lookup through the official Case Status API, you expressly authorize us to use your USCIS receipt number as an identifying data point (PII). You understand that this information is strictly necessary to automate the lookup and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and is not used for any purpose other than obtaining the official status of your case.
The User agrees that the speed of this online lookup will depend on their own internet connection and on the operational availability of the government portals at that moment.
3. Voluntary Support Contributions and Contributor Program
3.1 Nature of the Contribution
Our platform operates under an independent service philosophy that requires covering fixed technology infrastructure costs to remain sustainable. The basic tracking Service remains generally accessible. However, Users may make a Voluntary and Recurring Technology Support Contribution (hereinafter, the "Contribution") in whatever amount they choose (starting at USD 1).
This Contribution, which the User authorizes to be charged monthly to their payment method, is used exclusively for the maintenance, development, and operation of the platform, and does not constitute a tax-deductible donation under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The User acknowledges that, by making this Contribution, they are participating in a voluntary financial support program and not in a standard commercial subscription.
3.2 Contributor Program
In appreciation for their Voluntary Contribution, Users who take part in this program (the "Contributors") will receive courtesy benefits, consisting of:
- Access to the Personalized Smart Calendar, which sends preventive push notifications about key dates such as: consular appointments, I-94 stay expiration, license renewals, tax deadlines, and other procedural milestones.
- Courtesy Informational Sessions: Contributors will have periodic access to group informational sessions on immigration topics of general interest, provided by platform staff or guest experts. These sessions are strictly informational and do not constitute legal representation.
3.3 Changes and Cancellation
Contributors may modify or cancel their monthly Contribution at any time, freely and directly, from the "My Contribution" section within the mobile application or by sending a request to our support email. Cancellation will immediately stop all future billing cycles, and no additional charge will be processed after cancellation is confirmed. "Courtesy Informational Sessions" will be provided for as long as the Contributor's Contribution remains active.
3.4 Secure Processing of Funds and No-Refund Policy
All Contributions are processed through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and Great Power Services LLC does not store full banking data on its servers.
Because the Contribution is ongoing in nature and funds operating and personnel expenses, the Company does not issue refunds for cycles already processed. However, in the sole event that the Company permanently discontinues the Service by operational decision, all future scheduled Contributions will be cancelled and a prorated refund of the last monthly Contribution will be arranged for Contributors active as of the closing date.
4. Technology Showcase of Specialized Services
The Service includes a directory or digital marketplace designed as an ecosystem of solutions where independent professionals, firms, and third-party providers directly offer specialized services essential to the visitor, student, entrepreneur, investor, or foreign resident in the United States. The catalog of solutions includes, without limitation:
- Legal Representation and Filings: Licensed Immigration Attorneys.
- Immigration Case Managers: Professionals specialized in preparing and following up on non-contentious applications, such as visitor visas (B1/B2), document renewals, and other administrative procedures that do not necessarily require an attorney's involvement.
- Corporate and Tax Structuring: Consultants for forming and incorporating businesses (LLCs or corporations) and authorized agents for processing Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITIN).
- Advanced Accounting and Taxes: Public accountants and independent financial advisors.
- Translation and Notarization: Certified translators (Spanish to English) meeting government standards, and Notary Public services.
- The Platform's Role as a Pure Intermediary: The Company acts solely and exclusively as a technology showcase or connection point to facilitate a direct connection between the User and independent providers.
The Company does not sell, intervene in, monitor, or manage the fees or services offered by these professionals.
- Global Verification and Identity Filters (Premium KYC): To give the community maximum assurance and certainty, the Company implements a rigorous manual verification process before publishing any provider's listing. This process includes, without limitation:
- Official identity validation: Verification of current civil identity documents (passport, national ID, driver's license, etc.) through biometric facial matching (real-time selfie).
- Verification against official government sources: Direct lookup in the public records, ministries, or regulatory bodies of each country (such as Secretaries of State, corporate divisions, bar associations, commercial registries, etc.) to confirm the professional's or their company's legal existence.
- Criminal and police background checks: Cross-referencing against reliable public and judicial databases in the provider's country of operation, including police records, criminal records, and disciplinary records.
- Proof of physical address: Validation of a real address through a utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet) or a recent bank statement; P.O. boxes are not accepted as a verifiable address.
- Contact phone line: Verification of an active phone number associated with the provider, via a confirmation call or message.
This verification process is carried out prior to initial approval and may be repeated periodically to keep the information current. The Company does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of this information but is committed to applying reasonable due diligence.
- Direct Communication and Engagement: Once the User freely selects a provider from the list, the contractual relationship, service terms, and exchange of confidential documents will take place directly through the official emails or contact channels provided by that independent third party. The Company has no role as an intermediary or arbiter in that communication, and does not receive, read, or store information exchanged between the parties.
- Absolute Disclaimer of Liability: The User agrees that engaging any provider from the directory is a private, independent civil arrangement. Great Power Services LLC and its trademarks make no guarantee of success, satisfaction, or legal accuracy regarding the third party's work. The User expressly and irrevocably releases the Company, its parent company, and its affiliates from any claim, technical error, immigration-related harm, or financial loss arising from the services provided by these independent professionals.
5. Use of the Service and SMS Communications Protocol
5.1 Registration and Confidentiality
By creating an account on our Service, the User agrees to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date profile information.
- Maintain the strict confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
- Immediately notify the Company of any security breach or unauthorized use of their profile.
5.2 Text Message (SMS) Authorization
By registering their phone number on the platform, the User expressly authorizes the Company to send automated text messages (SMS) directly related to:
- Detected updates to the status of their immigration cases or stay records.
- Security alerts, two-factor authentication, and account validation.
- Operational notices about the status of their voluntary contribution program.
The User acknowledges that messaging and data rates may apply according to their local mobile carrier's policies. These alerts can be turned off at any time from the account settings menu, with the understanding that doing so will limit the App's real-time alert features.
6. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
(For a full description of the data we collect, internal data flows within the corporate holding group, and access rights, please refer in full to our official Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on our platform.)
7. Critical Legal Liability Disclaimers
7.1 "As-Is" Service
The GM Migration mobile application, its code, and tools are provided to the User "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties of merchantability or uninterrupted operation.
7.2 Service-Connection Ecosystem and Legal Disclaimer
GM Migration and Great Power Services LLC constitute an exclusively technological ecosystem for the smart connection of services. The Company does not operate as a law firm or as a government agency. No automatic alert, courtesy guide, fee-calculation metric, calendar or I-94 expiration reminder, or platform guidance constitutes legal advice or a binding legal strategy for travel or stay in the country.
While we facilitate the display and direct engagement of verified experts, licensed attorneys, and independent case managers for your filings, the professional relationship is established directly, privately, and externally between the User and the professional chosen. The Company is entirely unaffiliated with USCIS, the Department of Justice (DOJ), the immigration courts (EOIR), and CBP. Legal entry into and stay in the United States is the responsibility of the visa holder; for any formal evaluation of your status or legal strategy in the country, the User must directly engage, and at their own responsibility, licensed professionals in the relevant fields.
8. Links to Official Third-Party Websites
The application includes direct links to official U.S. government websites (such as USCIS portals or CBP's I-94 lookup systems) for the User's convenience. The Company does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, technical failures, or design changes of these official external portals.
9. U.S. Regulatory Compliance
The User declares, under penalty of perjury, that they are not located in a territory subject to U.S. government trade embargoes (countries designated as state sponsors of terrorism), and that they do not appear on any restricted-party, economic sanctions, or denied-party lists maintained by U.S. federal agencies.
10. Severability and Language Precedence
If a court of competent jurisdiction declares any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions may be translated into multiple languages for the User's benefit. However, in the event of a legal dispute, discrepancy, or ambiguity in interpretation, the original English-language version will conclusively prevail over any translation.
11. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
The Company reserves the right to update this document at any time. If the changes substantially affect how your data is handled or introduce new operating policies, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance through in-app notices or emails.
Active consent for material changes: If new purposes for collecting or sharing your personal data are introduced, or changes that fundamentally alter the nature of your relationship with the Company, we will obtain your express consent before applying such changes. You will be given a plain-language summary of what has changed.
Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
